Role: HR Intern

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship, primarily supporting Talent Acquisition along with exposure to core HR Operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment and is keen to build a strong foundation in recruitment and HR practices.
You'll work closely with the HR and business teams to support end-to-end hiring, candidate experience, and day-to-day HR processes while learning how HR drives business impact in a growing tech startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
Support end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and coordination
Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Maintain ATS and recruitment trackers with accurate data
Assist in employer branding and hiring campaigns
- HR Operations (Secondary Exposure)
Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases
Coordinate with internal teams for HR processes and communication
Contribute to engagement initiatives and internal HR projects
Help with HR reporting, trackers, and process documentation
Who We're Looking For
Must-Have
PGDM/MBA (HR) graduates preferred; Bachelor's degree in HR holders are also welcome to apply
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR functions
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have
Prior internship experience in HR or Talent Acquisition
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, or ATS tools
Exposure to HR operations or employee engagement initiatives
