OneMagnify interns are placed in teams across the business. Here are just a few teams that interns have joined in the past:
Client Services & Project Management: Our client services, project management and planning teams immerse themselves in our clients business- understanding their business strategies, goals and objectives. They work with each of the other OneMagnify core teams to ensure that we meet and exceed our clients marking objectives in ways that are strategically sound, intuitively smart, and drive measurable results.
Analytics: The analytics division of OneMagnify, brings greater insight into business decisions for our clients by collecting, analyzing, and applying customer date in fresh, innovative ways. The team provides a full menu of analytic services, ranging from website analysis and performance monitoring, to social media analytics, and predictive modeling, to risk management and pricing analytics. These efforts drive insights that help our clients optimize their marketing initiative and achieve their objectives.
Creative: Our highly versatile creative team is comprised of a variety of unique talents, at least two who are certifiable insane. From designers producing websites to copywriters crafting ad campaigns to creative service managers making sure it all gets done right, the creative team produces a full scope of both print and digital work for our clients- including point and online advertising, websites, landing pages, direct mail, email, mobile, outdoor, point of sale, video production and social media content.
Information Technology (IT): Our IT team is comprised of nearly 100 developers and systems administrators, each with specialties and expertise that enable us to deliver comprehensive and innovative technology solutions. We offer expertise in multiple platforms and environments including Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL, as well as Java, .Net and PHP. And, with 24/7 hardware and software monitoring and SAS 70, Type II certified datacenter, we are equipped to securely handle the most sensitive data for our clients.
Application Management Services: Our application, management services team helps take the headaches our of administering some of our clients most complex programs programs that require a level of support beyond the capabilities of their internal IR departments. From content and digital asset management systems to pricing solutions to marketing automation platforms, this team has the expertise to manage and optimize client business products and processes that support complex enterprise-level applications.
Program Administration: OneMagnify versatile and proficient Program Administration team administers dozens of programs concurrently for various OneMagnify clients, and has handled as many as 250,000 claims in 75-day period (hey, do the math that's impressive). In addition to being on the frontlines as the Program Headquarters for these initiatives, the team provides services such as claims processing, check administration, mystery shopping, survey implementation, and inbound and outbound calling.
This role is geared more toward Sophomore-Junior class status.
Talent Management: Most companies call it HR but they're not as cool as us. Our Talent Management department works hard to attract great talent, make OneMagnify a great place to work, and provide support in developing and managing our greatest assets our people.
Qualifications:
- Must currently enrolled in a 4-year BA/BS program or Masters program, in any major, at a university in the United States.
- Must have completed Sophomore class status or above
- Have authorization to work in the United States.
- Be able to complete a 12 week program beginning in June 2020.
- Interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate an ambiguous environment.
- Analytical skills and an interest in engaging in business problems.
- 3.25 GPA or higher preferred
