We are looking for a
highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic and fast-paced HR team at Zeeco India. This internship offers hands-on exposure across core HR functions including Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.
You Will Work Closely With

- The Talent Acquisition group
- The HR Head of Zeeco India

Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Support in organizing training sessions and workshops
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external trainers
- Maintain training calendars and attendance records
- Assist in feedback collection and training effectiveness tracking
- Help create training materials and presentations
Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation
- Support onboarding activities for new hires
HR Operations & Strategic Exposure
- Assist in HR documentation and record maintenance
- Work alongside the HR Head on ongoing HR initiatives
- Support employee engagement activities
- Contribute ideas to improve HR processes
- Help with data management and HR reporting

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / PGDM (HR) Pursuing or Recently Completed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
