Job Description
WWF-India is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support recruitment activities for the Retail Fundraising vertical. The role will provide hands-on exposure to talent acquisition processes and an opportunity to contribute to hiring efforts that strengthen WWF-India's on-ground conservation impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on defined requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support in conducting initial telephonic screenings when required.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and documentation.
- Facilitate smooth communication and engagement with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements
- Recent graduates in HR, Management, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Interest in HR and recruitment; prior exposure is an added advantage
