About The Company

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
- Manage HR documentation, records, and internal databases.
- Draft offer letters and communicate with selected candidates.
- Oversee company LinkedIn page and support campus hiring initiatives.
- Support onboarding and maintain candidate engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership on daily HR and strategic tasks.
Requirements
- B.Tech and/or MBA (HR) preferred; 03 years of experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and sourcing skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and social media hiring.
- Experience with startups is a plus.
