Position Overview
The HR Intern will support the HR team primarily in end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or HR students looking to gain hands-on exposure to hiring processes, candidate coordination, and HR operations in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and next steps.
- Support the HR team in maintaining recruitment records and documentation.
- Assist in onboarding formalities and documentation for new joiners.
Skills And Qualifications
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR processes.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HR/recruitment concepts (academic exposure is sufficient).
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is an added advantage.
