Job Description

Position Overview

The HR Intern will support the HR team primarily in end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or HR students looking to gain hands-on exposure to hiring processes, candidate coordination, and HR operations in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
    • Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
    • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards.
    • Communicate with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and next steps.
    • Support the HR team in maintaining recruitment records and documentation.
    • Assist in onboarding formalities and documentation for new joiners.
Skills And Qualifications

    • Strong interest in recruitment and HR processes.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Basic understanding of HR/recruitment concepts (academic exposure is sufficient).
    • Good organizational and coordination skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow timelines.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is an added advantage.
