The HR Intern will support the HR team primarily in
end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is ideal for freshers or HR students looking to gain hands-on exposure to hiring processes, candidate coordination, and HR operations in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and next steps
- Assist in onboarding formalities and documentation for new joiners
Skills And Qualifications
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR processes
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of HR/recruitment concepts (academic exposure is sufficient)
- Good organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow timelines
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is a plus
