At UCAM, we are looking for an HR Intern to support and learn core HR functions and contribute to smooth HR operations. The HR Intern will work closely with the HR team and management to assist in recruitment, employee coordination, and HR documentation. The role involves interacting with candidates and employees, supporting onboarding activities, and assisting in HR process improvements and employee engagement initiatives.
Main / Essential Tasks
- Assist in recruitment activities (screening resumes, interview coordination)
- Maintain employee data and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and induction processes
- Help with attendance, leave records, and HR reports
- Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives
- Coordinate with departments for HR-related requirements
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of HR concepts
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team
