Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day recruitment and coordination activities. The intern will play a key role in candidate communication, interview scheduling, and maintaining accurate hiring records.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with candidates via calls, emails, and messages.

Call sourced candidates to gather required details.

Screen profiles at a basic level and align suitable candidates for the next steps.

Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely communication.

Maintain and update the recruitment database on a regular basis.

Share rejection emails and follow-up communication as required.

Assist in tracking candidate progress through the hiring pipeline.

Support the HR team in other administrative and coordination tasks.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
