Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic tech-driven environment. You will work closely with the HR team on recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various roles.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding activities and maintain HR documentation.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Help update HR databases and assist with day-to-day operations.
- Participate in learning and development initiatives and HR strategy discussions.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and interest in learning HR tools.
- Eagerness to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
