BlitzenX is a specialized Guidewire System Integrator focused exclusively on the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry. We help insurance carriers modernize, implement, and support Guidewire solutions through high-performing engineering teams across the United States and India.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for an organized and execution-focused HR Operations Executive who ensures every new employee has a seamless experience from offer acceptance through successful onboarding.

Position Overview

The HR Operations Executive is responsible for managing all HR operational activities from the moment a candidate accepts an offer until they are successfully onboarded into the organization.

This is an execution-heavy role requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding activities simultaneously.

This role does not handle recruitment or talent acquisition. Instead, it partners closely with the Recruitment team and HR Business Partner to ensure a smooth employee onboarding experience and maintain accurate HR records.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Boarding

  • Coordinate with Recruitment for candidate handover after offer acceptance.
  • Collect and verify all required employee documents.
  • Track pending documentation and proactively follow up with candidates.
  • Initiate and coordinate background verification.
  • Prepare employee personnel files.
  • Ensure all compliance documents are completed before joining.

Onboarding

  • Plan and execute end-to-end onboarding activities.
  • Ensure Day-1 readiness for every new employee.
  • Coordinate laptop, system access, ID cards, email accounts, and required software.
  • Schedule induction sessions and orientation programs.
  • Facilitate completion of HR forms and policy acknowledgements.
  • Conduct new hire documentation verification.
  • Maintain onboarding checklists and completion status.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and digital personnel files.
  • Update and maintain HRMS with complete employee information.
  • Manage probation confirmations and probation tracking.
  • Issue employment letters and HR-related documentation.
  • Maintain leave and attendance records as required.
  • Ensure employee information remains accurate and up to date.

Compliance Administration

  • Ensure statutory and company documentation is maintained.
  • Maintain employee compliance records.
  • Track document expirations and renewals where applicable.
  • Support HR audits by maintaining organized documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and processes.

Coordination

  • Work closely with Recruitment, IT, Administration, Finance, and HRBP.
  • Ensure cross-functional readiness before every employee joining.
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules across multiple departments.
  • Track onboarding progress and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience in HR are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Experience working in an IT Services or Technology organization is an advantage.

  • 100% Day-1 onboarding readiness for all new hires.
  • 100% employee documentation completed before joining.
  • 100% HRMS accuracy and timely updates.
  • Zero onboarding delays caused by HR Operations.
  • Background verification initiated within 24 hours of document completion.
  • Employee records updated within one business day of any change.
  • 100% probation tracker maintained and reviewed on schedule.
  • HR audit documentation maintained with zero critical findings.
