Job Description

Key responsibilities

Recruitment And Sourcing

Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and university career sites.

Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Onboarding And Offboarding

Assist with preparing new hire paperwork and orientation materials.

Support the new hire induction process to ensure a smooth transition.

Help with exit interviews and offboarding documentation.

HR Administration And Documentation

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (HRIS) with accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist in drafting official HR documents, such as offer letters and internal communications.

Perform general administrative duties, such as filing and organizing HR documents.

Employee Relations And Engagement

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and team events.

Respond to and help resolve employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Help gather feedback for analysis and improve employee satisfaction.

Compliance And Projects

Conduct research on HR-related topics and labor legislation.

Assist with data collection and reporting for various HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates are completed a degree or a related field, possess strong communication and organizational skills, can maintain confidentiality, are proficient in Microsoft Office, and are eager to learn. Previous HR experience is a plus but not required.
