We are seeking a motivated HR Intern - Operations to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding processes for new hires and maintain employee records.
  • Help in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in policy development.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining HR databases and generating reports.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
