We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern Talent Acquisition for 6 months Internship (Onsite-Noida location) who will support the HR team in recruitment activities and help build talent pipelines for technical and consulting roles across the organization. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, candidate sourcing, and recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing - Support sourcing of candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
  
• Resume Screening - Assist in screening resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
  
• Interview Coordination - Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  
• ATS Management - Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  
• Recruitment Data Tracking - Maintain recruitment trackers and assist in preparing hiring reports using MS Excel.
  
• Candidate Communication - Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Recruitment Process Support - Assist the HR team with job postings, recruitment documentation, and onboarding coordination.
  
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing (final semester) or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Basic understanding or strong interest in recruitment and HR processes.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
  
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals for candidate sourcing is a plus.
  
• Ability to organize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
