Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented HR intern to join our growing team. This is a dual- le profile that combines recruitment support and HR admin/operations assistance. You'll work closely with the HR Manager to drive hiring, support day-to-day HR tasks, and help keep people operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other creative channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic/video rounds.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track progress on ATS or Google Sheets.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and a seamless candidate experience.
- Help draft job descriptions and support in job postings across platforms.
- Support in employer branding efforts via LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Maintain weekly hiring dashboards and trackers
- Assist the HR Manager in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, appraisal documents, and exit formalities
- Help with employee onboarding – collecting documentation, verifying ID/address proof, and creating employee files
- Track and update attendance, leave records, and shift rosters
- Assist in managing HR records, updating employee databases, and organizing digital documentation
- Support in planning team activities, birthday celebrations, and internal engagement initiatives
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and prompt resolution of admin/HR queries
- Coordinate logistics for HR events, interviews, and trainings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, Psychology is prefered.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and familiarity with HR tools/platforms.
- High accountability, discretion with sensitive data, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Interest in working in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment
