Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will support organizational growth by hiring talent and maintaining a positive work environment.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment process
  • Post job openings on portals and social media
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with department heads
  • 2. Employee Onboarding & OffboardingHandle joining formalities and documentation
  • Conduct employee induction programs
  • Manage exit formalities and feedback
  • 3. HR OperationsMaintain employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare HR policies and ensure compliance
  • Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • 4. Employee EngagementPlan team-building activities and events
  • Address employee queries and grievances
  • Promote a positive workplace culture
  • 5. Performance ManagementAssist in performance appraisal processes
  • Track employee performance and feedback
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 13 years of HR experience (preferred in consultancy or education sector)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office
