- Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment process
- Post job openings on portals and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with department heads
- 2. Employee Onboarding & OffboardingHandle joining formalities and documentation
- Conduct employee induction programs
- Manage exit formalities and feedback
- 3. HR OperationsMaintain employee records and HR databases
- Prepare HR policies and ensure compliance
- Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- 4. Employee EngagementPlan team-building activities and events
- Address employee queries and grievances
- Promote a positive workplace culture
- 5. Performance ManagementAssist in performance appraisal processes
- Track employee performance and feedback
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 13 years of HR experience (preferred in consultancy or education sector)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices
- Proficiency in MS Office
