Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Intern located in Hospet. The HR Intern will assist with daily HR functions, including supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, maintaining employee files and records, and coordinating employee benefit programs. Responsibilities also include assisting with recruitment processes, helping manage personnel tasks, and providing support in creating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and experience with HR Management processes
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
- Skills in Personnel Management and handling employee relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (current students in HR programs are welcome to apply)
