Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
    • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews.
    • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates regarding interview details.
    • Onboarding and Orientation:

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding kits and documentation.
    • Assist in organizing orientation sessions and training programs for new employees.
    • HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Assist in processing HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts and HR forms.
    • Handle general HR inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
    • Employee Engagement:

  • Participate in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and celebrations.
    • Collect feedback from employees and assist in implementing initiatives to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.
    • HR Projects:

  • Contribute to ongoing HR projects, such as performance management initiatives or diversity and inclusion programs.
    • Conduct research and analysis to support HR decision-making and strategy development.
Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to HR initiatives.
  • Prior internship or relevant experience in HR is a plus.
