Role Description

This is an internship role for a HR Intern based in Thane with on-site responsibilities. The HR Intern will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to Human Resources management and policies, employee benefits, and personnel management.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) Management, HR Policies, and Employee Benefits knowledge
• Personnel Management skills
• Understanding of HR practices and compliance
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources or related field
