Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and driven HR Intern to support our recruitment efforts through candidate sourcing, screening, and outreach. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, making calls, and learning hands-on how hiring works in a target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and social platforms
Make outbound calls to candidates for initial screening and interest checks
Conduct preliminary interviews via phone or virtual meetings
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate data in the applicant tracking system
Act as a point of contact for candidate queries related to roles and interview process
Meet daily and weekly hiring, calling, and sourcing targets
Support the HR team in closing open positions efficiently
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong communication skills with confidence in speaking to candidates over calls
Good organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and online job portals
High energy, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
