About the Job:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition and HR Operations team. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment activities along with limited exposure to core HR operations, making it ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources within the financial services sector.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Source candidate profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Make initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, interest, and availability
Shortlist profiles based on role requirements shared by hiring managers
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and interviewers
Maintain recruitment trackers, calling logs, and interview status reports
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
Assist in onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Support employee record maintenance in HRMS / Excel trackers
Help with attendance, leave data, and basic HR documentation
Support HR team in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
Skills Required:
Domain Skills:
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Interest in talent acquisition and people management
Willingness to do high-volume calling and follow-ups
Technical Skills:
Comfortable using job portals and LinkedIn for sourcing
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
Ability to maintain trackers and MIS accurately
Managerial Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
Ability to manage time and multiple tasks efficiently
Professional attitude and willingness to learn
Internship Duration: 36 months
Eligibility: MBA (HR) students / final-year graduates / freshers
