Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

  • Post job openings on job boards and company platforms

  • Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives

  • Assist with documentation and onboarding formalities

  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned



Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR concepts

  • Good organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
