Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern based in Gurgaon.
Hiring & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus 60%)
• End-to-end recruitment support — sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
• Post job openings across portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.)
• Maintain and track candidate pipelines and hiring dashboards
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and outreach campaigns
HR Operations & People Management (40%)
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Help implement and communicate HR policies
• Assist in managing employee benefits and personnel records
• Contribute to building a positive and engaging workplace culture
• Ensure compliance with internal HR standards and documentation
Requirement
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic understanding of HR principles, recruitment, and employee lifecycle
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment
• Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment is a plus
• Must be comfortable working full-time from our Gurgaon office
