Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is interested in recruitment, HR operations, and people management. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end HR activities while working closely with the core HR team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
Maintain candidate and employee records
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams via email and calls
Assist in attendance tracking and basic HR reporting
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
Handle HR-related queries in a professional manner
Eligibility & Skills
Pursuing or recently completed graduation in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related field
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
Professional attitude with attention to confidentiality
Willingness to learn HR processes and operations
