Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment coordination, candidate engagement, and hiring operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidate profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, and other hiring channels
- Connect and engage with prospective candidates through social media and professional platforms
- Screen resumes based on role requirements and coordinate interview scheduling
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support the team in hiring coordination and follow-ups
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment-related activities
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to drive tasks independently and meet timelines
- Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools is an added advantage
Eligibility Criteria
- Available for a full-time internship
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Available for a duration of 2–3 months
- Possess relevant skills and interest in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition
- MBA HR/ Graduate students preferred
