Job Description

Job Title: HR Intern/ Assistant

Duration: 6 Months

Department: Human Resources

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate / Pursuing Graduation in HR, Management, BBA or related field

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update daily attendance records for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Engineers.
  • Track employee locations and ensure proper reporting for field staff on a daily basis.
  • Assist in monthly attendance consolidation and reporting.
  • Support HR Officer in day-to-day HR activities and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with site teams to collect and verify attendance and workforce data.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of employees.
  • Assist in payroll input preparation based on attendance data.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all HR-related reports.
