Where you'll work

GeminiSoft builds websites, web apps, mobile apps and AI tools for clients across India, and runs a few products of its own. You join a small team, work on live client projects from week one, and see the result ship. What you'll do

Support onboarding, documentation and employee records
Help prepare offer letters, policies and HR reports
Coordinate with managers on attendance, leave and basic compliance
Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communication
Take on small HR projects with a clear owner and a clear end

What we need from you

Pursuing or recently completed an MBA, BBA or related degree, with HR interest
Clear written and spoken English
Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
Careful with detail and respectful with confidential information

Nice to have

Prior HR or admin internship
Basic knowledge of Indian labour law and payroll
Familiarity with HRMS tools
Fluency in one more Indian language

Initial screen (45 min, video) → take-home or live exercise scoped to the role (≤ 4 hours) → on-site / video panel with the team you'd join → offer within 7 days of the panel. We share feedback at every stage, whether you proceed or not.
