Role Description
This full-time, on-site role in Faridabad involves assisting the Human Resources team by supporting day-to-day HR activities. The HR Intern will gain hands-on experience by helping with tasks such as recruitment processes, implementing HR policies, managing employee records, assisting in onboarding, overseeing personnel management, and supporting employee engagement programs. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within the HR department.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Skills in HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
- Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with HR software is an advantage
- Commitment to learning and capacity to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or enrollment in a program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
