- Location: Vadodara (Onsite)

Eligibility
- MHRM/MBA (HR) pursuing final year or recently completed
- Freshers with a strong interest in HR & Recruitment can apply
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment (Primary Focus)
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, resume screening, and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinate interview scheduling and conduct initial telephonic screening
- Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and hiring reports
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups
- HR Operations & Support (Secondary)
- Support onboarding activities, including document collection and verification
- Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents
- Maintain employee records and support basic HR administrative tasks
- Provide support in employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Basic understanding of HR functions and the recruitment process
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- People-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
