AtomicAds is building the future of autonomous digital media buying through intelligent automation and agentic technology. We enable media buyers to streamline campaign setups, eliminate errors, and maximize performance in real-time.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to support our hiring and HR operations functions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning tech hiring, HR processes, and employee engagement within a fast-moving Ad-Tech environment. You'll be working closely with the HR

team and leadership to support recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee experience.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Assist in sourcing candidates for tech and non-tech roles across platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, etc.

Screen resumes based on role requirements and shortlist relevant profiles.

Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely communication with candidates.

Help draft job descriptions and maintain candidate pipelines.

HR Operations:

Support documentation, onboarding, and induction for new employees and interns.

Assist in maintaining HR records, employee databases, and HR trackers with accuracy.

Help with offer letters, contracts, reference checks, and policy documentation.

Assist in offboarding coordination and documentation when required.

Employee Experience & Culture:

Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.

Coordinate events, cultural activities, and celebrations as guided by the HR team.

Respond to HR queries and guide employees to the right point of contact where necessary.

Must Have:

Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and HR documentation.

Proactive, eager to learn, and open to taking ownership of assigned tasks.
