HR INTERN JD
We are looking for an enthusiastic
HR Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day operations. The intern will assist with core HR activities such as recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and coordination, gaining exposure to practical HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities for employees
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and letters
- Help with compliance and documentation-related tasks
- Provide general support to the HR team in daily operations
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Management, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Stipend: 15K PER MONTH
Duration: 3-6 months
