Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team onsite at our Chatrapati Sambhajinagar location. In this role, you will manage day-to-day HR operations, including designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. You will play a key role in enhancing employee satisfaction and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. Coordination between departments to foster a productive work environment will also be a critical part
of your role.
Experience : 2-3 Years
CTC : 3-6 LPA
Qualifications
- Professional experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Understanding and management of Employee Benefits and related programs
- Skill in Personnel Management, including oversight of employee relations and conflict resolution
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
