Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resource professional at Mechlin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, coordinating recruitment processes, and supporting employee relations. You will play a vital role in creating and maintaining a high-performing, positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR), including hiring, retention, and workplace compliance
• Experience in HR Management, including workforce planning and employee engagement strategies
• Strong understanding of HR Policies and the ability to update and implement them in compliance with regulations
• Expertise in Employee Benefits planning, administration, and communication
• Skills in Personnel Management, including conflict resolution and general employee support
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
• Experience in a remote/flexible working environment is an advantage
