Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire HR operations of the group across multiple verticals
  • Develop and implement the talent and human resource strategy aligned with business goals
  • Drive strategic HR initiatives across departments to support organizational growth
  • Oversee policy administration and ensure legal compliance with all labor and statutory requirements

  • Serve as a strategic HR business partner to top leadership, advising on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development

Candidate Profile:

  • 15+ years of experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Construction industries
  • Proven track record of leading HR strategy and operations in large or multi-unit organizations
  • MBA in Human Resources from a reputed business school is mandatory
  • Engineering degree is an added advantage
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of industry-specific HR challenges and best practices
