Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.

Lead and manage the HR department including recruitment, onboarding, performance

management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee

relations.

Design and monitor HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR

initiatives.

Partner with leadership to develop workforce and succession plans.

Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR policies and

labor law requirements.

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Champion organizational culture, values, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Lead initiatives for talent retention and employee engagement.

Advise senior management on employee relations and HR best practices.

Manage HR budgets and optimize resource utilization.
