We are seeking an experienced HR Head to lead our human resources department at a leading 24-year-old software company in Kochi, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with a focus on strategic planning, recruitment, and employee development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding, development, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution effectively.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to inform decision-making.
Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
- 12-22 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for talent management.
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
