The Role:
The Head HR/CHRO will be a strategic business partner to the CEO and leadership team, responsible for building a high-performance, compliant, and scalable people organization across a fast-growing InsurTech platform. This role will lead HR strategy across talent, culture, org design, rewards, performance, and leadership development, aligned with aggressive growth and regulatory requirements of the BFSI ecosystem.
Requirement:
15–20+ years in HR leadership roles
BFSI / InsurTech / FinTech / Digital platforms preferred
High-growth startups or scaled tech companies
Experience working with founders, boards, and investors
