BNC has been mandated to recruit an experienced HR Head for one of our leading consulting clients.

Location: Gurugram / Rohini (Hybrid)

Role: HR Head

CTC: Up to 30 LPA

Experience: 1215 years experience in GBS, GCC and GSS.

Key Requirement:

We are specifically looking for profiles who have managed HR from an outsourcing/shared services standpoint. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end HR transitions for clients who wish to outsource functions such as Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Operations, and Compliance, and then seamlessly manage BAU (Business As Usual) operations post-transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall HR strategy and operations
• Manage HR outsourcing transitions (TA, Payroll, HR Ops, Compliance)
• Client stakeholder management and HR service delivery
• Set up, stabilize, and scale HR processes post-transition
• Drive HR governance, policies, and compliance
• Lead and mentor HR teams across functions

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1215 years of progressive experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably within a large, complex organization, GBS ( Global Business Services), GCC ( Global Capability Services) and GSS ( Global Shared Services).
• Strong exposure to HR outsourcing / HR shared services / consulting environments
• Proven experience in HR transition management and BAU delivery
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
• Strategic, process-driven, and execution-focused
