Responsibilities
Core HR Operations
Manage onboarding, exits, and employee documentation
Maintain HRIS data and payroll inputs
Draft HR letters, policies, and internal communications
Talent & Performance Support
Coordinate recruitment processes and interview scheduling
Support performance review cycles
Maintain HR dashboards and trackers
AI & Automation in HR
Identify repetitive processes that can be automated
Build basic HR analytics reports (attrition, hiring trends, engagement insights)
Support digital transformation initiatives within HR
Employee Engagement
Assist in engagement initiatives and surveys
Analyze feedback data and generate insights
Support HR events and culture programs
Qualifications
2–4 years of HR Generalist / HR Executive experience
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
Strong Excel skills
Comfort using AI tools for productivity
Strong documentation and communication skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
