Includes undertaking a range of administrative duties, following processes, and managing HR data & systems always to ensure accuracy.
Qualification:
- Female candidates preferred.
- Proficient in handling HR software applications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources
Skills required:
- 5+ Years of experience in IT industry.
- Solid previous office administration experience, ideally in a professional services environment
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Confident, organized, and to make decisions quickly.
- Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English.
Operations And Admin Responsibilities
- Being a competent user of all internal systems, including our employee records system
- Managing the end-to-end process from employee onboarding to termination.
- Updating and maintaining HR systems, records, and reports with accurate employee data
- Processing monthly employee payroll in support of the payroll subject matter expert
- Processing changes to employee's circumstances, including preparing accurate and effective documentation/communication and updating relevant databases.
- Ensuring that the end-to-end HR process always supports a positive employee experience.
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to any of the other HR functions, as necessary and in line with business requirements
- Keeping track of operational expenses, compliances, and work along with the finance team.
Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings on multiple platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Employ specialized platforms for strategic candidate sourcing.
- Effectively utilize an Applicant Tracking System to streamline the recruitment process.
- Skilfully screen candidates based on qualifications and potential fit.
- Conduct thorough pre-screening calls and background checks.
- Employ various interviewing techniques to identify top talent.
- Collaborate with department leads to understand their hiring needs and goals.
- Participate in networking events to establish a robust professional network.
- Lead campus recruitment efforts, representing the company and identifying promising talent.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
