Job Description

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Maintain and update employee records on HRMS platforms (KEKA, ZOHO).
  • Handle HR operations and vendor management, ensuring compliance and timely payments.
  • Support and execute employee engagement activities, internal events, and initiatives to strengthen workplace culture.
  • Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards using MS Excel.
  • Respond to employee queries to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for HR-related requirements and process improvements.
