About the Role:
As an HR Generalist, you will provide hands-on support to the Senior Director of HR in India, focusing on HR operations, talent acquisition, onboarding office administration and facilities. You will play a key role in supporting our workforce and ensuring smooth HR processes while collaborating with teams across different regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support for employees and managers, addressing day-to-day HR inquiries.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records in BambooHR and support HR compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee salaries.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and corporate HR policies.
- General Office Administration and facility Management.
- Support Talent Acquisition as and when needed.
What You Bring:
- 4-5 years of HR experience in a multinational environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems such as Greenhouse and BambooHR.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and time zones.
- Understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to support global teams across different time zones.
