Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage core HR functions, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling labour laws, contract labour, and project-based workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end HR generalist activities
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements across India
- Manage contract labour and labour law compliance
- Coordinate HR activities related to projects and workforce management
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Support payroll inputs and compliance processes
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance & labour laws
- Experience in contract labour management
- Exposure to project-based HR operations
- Good communication skills in Kannada (mandatory)
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist role
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore
- Kannada communication skills are mandatory
