We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage core HR functions, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling labour laws, contract labour, and project-based workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end HR generalist activities
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements across India
  • Manage contract labour and labour law compliance
  • Coordinate HR activities related to projects and workforce management
  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Support payroll inputs and compliance processes

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance & labour laws
  • Experience in contract labour management
  • Exposure to project-based HR operations
  • Good communication skills in Kannada (mandatory)
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist role
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore
  • Kannada communication skills are mandatory
