Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment cycle independentlyfrom sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboardingensuring timely and quality hires aligned with business needs. - Employee Engagement & Welfare:
Drive employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities single-handedly to foster a positive workplace culture. - HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS/ATS data, and generate necessary reports. Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies. - Performance Management & Learning:
Execute performance review cycles and manage training coordination autonomously, supporting employee growth and development. - Policy Implementation:
Implement HR policies and SOPs independently, ensuring alignment with company standards and continuous process improvements.
