Job Title:HR Generalist - Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement

Reporting to: HRBP

Job Overview:

We are looking for afemale candidatewith a strong background inTalent Acquisition,Learning & Development (L&D), andEmployee Engagementto join our HR department. This position requires a candidate with 5-7 years of experience and a solid understanding ofHR operations,Factory Act, andLabor Law compliance. Candidates with experience inAutomotive Manufacturing Industriesare highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions across the organization, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Learning & Development (L&D):

  • Identify training needs and create learning plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Design and implement internal training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure that all employees are provided with growth and development opportunities through various learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external training providers to facilitate specialized training sessions.

Employee Engagement:

  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
  • Develop and maintain employee satisfaction surveys and conduct regular feedback sessions.
  • Implement initiatives that foster a positive organizational culture and strong employee relationships.
  • Ensure employees are engaged in the company's vision, mission, and values.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring that all employee-related processes run smoothly.
  • Ensure compliance withFactory ActandLabor Lawsrelevant to the industry.
  • Manage employee records, HRIS systems, and ensure timely completion of documentation related to HR processes.
  • Advise management on labor-related legal compliance and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum5-7 yearsof experience inHR operations,Talent Acquisition,Learning & Development, andEmployee Engagement.
  • Industry Experience:Automotive Manufacturingindustry experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws: Exposure toFactory Actand labor law compliance.
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree inHuman Resources,Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employee engagement strategies, and talent management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
