Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding across various functions.

Support HR Operations including employee lifecycle management, attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws.

Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and legal compliance.

Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and support performance management processes.

Maintain HR records, generate reports, and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.

Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.

Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for recruitment and HR services as needed.

Assist in training and development activities and support organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

Experience in the real estate, technology, or related sectors is preferred.

Good understanding of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and HR policies.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficient in HRIS and recruitment tools.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
