We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Provide support in employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations & Prepare Payroll

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-8 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
